	The Willows A pair of entrance gates for a home called "The Willows".
	Votive Candlestick A votive candlestick made for the well known Arts and Crafts Church of St Andrews at Roker, Sunderland.
	Entrance Gates A pair of entrance gates made for Bussey and Armstrong, property developers of Darlington.  Replicas of a pair we made for them around 20 years ago.
